Using our World Award winning Navy recipe as a base, to create a beautifully Citrus forward Gin for this delicately floral Gin Aperitif. With a subtle note of Lavender this Gin Aperitif is best served with ice, a splash of Tonic or Soda and garnished with a sprig of bruised Rosemary.

Aroma: A prominent Juniper aroma reinforcing the fact that Lavande is produced from a classic Gin base.
Palate: A smooth, sweet and slightly floral palate with a subtle hint of Lavender.
Finish: A soft lingering taste of Lavender with a just a hint of Cardamom and Orange coming through from the base Gin.
