Deliveries for orders less than Rs10,000 are completed within 48h, upon reception of payment.

Delivery days are from Monday to Saturday as per following:

Monday to Friday : 09h00 – 16h00

Saturday : 09h00 – 12h00

Sundays & Public Holidays : No Deliveries

A delivery fee of Rs 250.00 will be charged for every order below Rs 3,000.00.

No delivery fee will be charged for orders above Rs 3,000.00.

Pick up

If Pick-up option is slected, kindly note that orders may be collected the following day from 09h30 to 12h00 & 13h00 to 16h00.

In Case order is placed on Friday, next pick-up day will be the ensuing Monday.

 

Deliveries for Events:

Deliveries for Events (orders above Rs.10,000) are done region wise as per following planning:

Monday : Port Louis, North, Vacoas, Beau-Bassin, Rose-Hill, Petite Rivière

Tuesday : East, Flacq, Moka, St Pierre

Wednesday : Port Louis, North, Vacoas, Beau-Bassin, Rose-Hill, Petite Rivière

Thursday : West, Flic-En-Flac, Bambous, Chamarel, Quatre Bornes

Friday : South, Souillac, Bois Cheri, Rose-Belle, Mahebourg, Curepipe

We recommend orders for events to be placed at least one week prior to delivery.

 

Consignment charges for Crates & Bottles:

Full Crate + Bottles ( x12, x24) = Rs. 400.00

1 empty crate = Rs. 184.00

1 empty bottle (650ml, 1L) = Rs. 18.00

1 empty bottle (330ml, 300ml, 250ml) = Rs. 9.00

When selecting your products, in case empty crates are not available to return during delivery, you are required to select products marked “With Consignment”, where an addition of Rs.400.00 will be charged per crate + bottles. Once crates + bottles are emptied, you may contact us for collection and the consignment charges for crates + bottles will be refund within 14 business days.

In case empty crates + bottles are available to return during delivery, you are required to select products marked “Without Consignment”, where no additional fee is charged and collection of empties + bottles will be on delivery day.

 

Sanitary Measures:

In compliance with the sanitary measures recommended by the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health and Wellness, all necessary precautions will be taken so as to ensure a safe and hygienic service:

1. Delivery team will contact you approximately 30 minutes before delivery;
2. Delivery team will sanitize their hands before and after manipulating invoices and products for each delivery;
3. Team will utilize all PPE during the delivery;
4. You are kindly required to bring your own pen to sign the invoice in order to avoid physical contact with our delivery team;
5. Delivery of your products will be done at your doorstep to minimize physical contact between our delivery team and your household;
6. Delivery team shall at all times ensure minimum physical distancing of 1 meter during delivery;
7. We strongly recommend that you sanitize all your products upon delivery.
