Description
Brewed in northern Japan’s Akita prefecture, this new nihonshu sake is the latest addition to the Midorinoshima range. A successful blend of tradition and modernity, it is a junmai that has been bottled without pasteurisation, filtration, reduction or added alcohol: thanks to an original bottling technique patented by its inventor, Asamaï offers us the chance to discover a style of nihonshu that is usually very fragile and difficult to find outside Japan.
