Using our World Award winning Navy recipe as a base, to create a beautifully Citrus forward Gin for this delicately floral Gin Aperitif. With an exotic hint of Hibiscus this Gin Aperitif is best served with ice, a splash of Tonic or Soda and garnished with a sprig of mint and a slice of fresh lime.
Taste Profile:
Aroma: Aroma : Juniper and Hibiscus combine to make for an interesting and tropical aroma.
Palate: Palate : A smooth, slightly floral palate that is initially sweet with a slightly bitter finish, creating a perfect balance on the palate.
Finish: Finish : A soft lingering taste of Hibiscus with a just a hint of Cardamom and Orange coming through from the base Gin.
