Overall Impression: An average-strength, hop-forward, pale American craft beer with supporting malt to make the beer balanced and drinkable. The clean hop presence can reflect classic or modern American or New World hop varieties with a wide range of characteristics.
Aroma: Moderate hop aroma from American hop varieties with characteristics including citrus, spice and stone fruit. Low neutral maltiness supports the hop presentation and adds low amounts of biscuit and caramel malt character. Appearance: Light amber in colour with moderate white head with good retention. Flavour: Hop forward with slight hints of malt and caramel. Moderate bitterness and clean fermentation profile with a dry finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body with high carbonation. Overall smooth finish.
