Ingredients : 40ml Hout Bay Harbour Gin – Elderflower, 200ml Barker & Quin Honeybush Orange Tonic, Orange Slice, Blue Berries, Mint Sprig
Method:
- Pour the Gin into the Glass
- Slice Blueberries in halves and Garnish
- Garnish with Orange Slice
- Stir Gently to Flavour the Gin
- Add Ice Cubes
- Top with your Premium Tonic Water
- Stir Gently
- Slap and Garnish with a Fresh Mint Sprig
