Aroma: Juniper forward with a hint of cardamom, classic Gin notes.
Palate: Surprisingly smooth. Orange coming through to create a sweetness with a subtle taste of Cardamom lingering on the tongue.
Finish: An unexpected sensation of the Gin evaporating in the mouth whilst gently warming the back of the throat. Very smooth for a 57% ABV Gin.
